Paris Hilton`s spokesperson has said Paris and new BFF Britney Spears are "becoming like sisters" after spending so much time together in the wake of Britney`s split from husband Kevin Federline.

Britney has been spotted wearing increasingly shorter skirts and accidentally flashed photographers while getting into cars after nights out over the weekend.
